A day in the life of
80/20 Plants.

Breakfast

We know that in order to be successful long term, you have to build a foundation. At 80/20 Plants, that foundation is built on breakfast. For the first part of the program, you’ll just focus on eating plant-based breakfasts, and anything else you like throughout the day.

Snack

After you’ve established a strong breakfast habit, we tackle healthy snack alternatives. Again, we’re picking the low hanging fruit during the first few weeks of 80/20 Plants with easy, no-hassle ways to eat more whole fruits and vegetables, without making massive shifts to your diet.

Lunch

In the third part of the program, with the addition of lunches, you’ll now be eating the majority of your food from plant-based sources. This is also where you’ll really begin to notice the biggest boost of energy and benefits from your healthy choices.

Dinner

Together, throughout the fourth phase of 80/20 Plants, we’ll begin to shape the other 20% of your diet to fit your exact goals and needs.
